Characters:

Neria Mailura (MC) — 19, Born July 18th. Began going out with Kimily in High school. They both got into the same college. Until Kimily’s death mid-way through their freshmen year, Neria was a bright and cheerful girl. She still kept to herself most of the time, but she was able to let loose and be more out there with her friends before the accident. After Kimily’s death Neria jumped back into her shell, closing herself off from the outside world. She blames herself for Kimily’s death.

Kimily Lorianna — 18 at the time of death, Born May 7th. She had been a cheerful and outgoing girl. Considered some-what popular, she had a large group of people she knew, but at the same time she liked to keep her ‘friends’ part of only a small circle of people. Her death was truly an accident, she had been heading home from a club meeting since she hadn’t been feeling well. While crossing the street, a car ran a red light without even noticing that she was crossing the street. Before she could even turn to see the car coming, it had hit her. Neria blames herself for not going back to the dorm with her, and says that if she had Kimily would still be alive.

Mimi Alona – 19, Born May 20th. A friend of Kimily’s from middle school. She usually just followed Kimily around and was considered a close friend. Shy and very much a wallflower, Mimi doesn’t mind being in the background. Always a thinker rather than a do-er, Mimi doesn’t mind going for a ride and following someone else. When Kimily was around, Mimi was able to crawl out of her shell, but with Kimily no longer alive, Mimi’s shell has been sealed shut and she hides in her thoughts even more. She’s also had a crush on Neria for the longest time, but doesn’t have the courage to say it.

Anariael — Appears 17, has no known birth date. Sometimes called “Riael” The one and only welcome wagon to ‘the heavens’. He greets everyone who enters the realm, living or dead. He doesn’t know if he had a life before his job now, but he does know what he has to do. Riael is very focused on doing well in his job, which is pretty easy to do since he is very helpful. He is what can be considered an angel.

Peter (last name unknown) — 19, Born February 7th. Details coming soon.

Unknown Angel — Nothing is really known about him yet.

NaNo Page Synopsis:

While wandering about the campus, Neria finds a portal into a paradise where she reunites with her lover, Kimily, who had passed away the previous year. She relives old memories and creates new ones along with Kimily, though things start to take a turn away from being a pure paradise as she begins to visits there more often, time starts to repeat itself, keeping Neria stuck in the past. She soon finds out she has to move on and leave Kimily behind or time will cease to move forward.
