Neria and Kimily shouted at each other for… 2 pages straight. Words came FLYING out. ♥ I’m so sorry I got them fighting, BUT OMG YAY WORDS.

Excerpt:

“Maybe?” Kimily replied, sitting up right.

“Yeah, only a maybe,” Neria answered with a laugh.

“Well at least I know something’s changing for you… I feel like I’m almost holding you back in some way… I guess it would a little, considering what happened, but in all honesty why would that cause you to come here…? There’s got to be something that hasn’t changed yet that needs to…”

“Can’t life stay just like this?” Neria shot back.

“Neria, it’s just not meant to be this way, you know that.”

“So what?” Neria raised her voice. “Can’t I just stay happy this way? So what if it’s not the best choice. I don’t care, I want to be with you Kimily, I don’t care about if it’s the right life choice or whatever. As long as I’m with you, nothing else matters.”

“I… I think that’s the problem here…”

An awkward silence followed Kimily’s statement.

“What do you mean…?” Neria asked, breaking the silence.

“I mean that… that you can’t be with me anymore. I’m… well… not aliv—”

“Don’t even say it, that’s not important.”

“Yes it is, Neria! Why don’t you get that? I’m not alive, and things have to change! You can’t let yourself live in the past like this for the rest of your life, it’s just plain not right! I know you love me, and it’s nice to know you still care about me even now, but you really need to get your head out of the clouds and put it back on your head! Seriously Neria, can’t you get it?!” Kimily shouted as she stood up.

“What is this, I don’t even know! Why can’t you just get it that this is how I want to live? Shouldn’t you be happy I’m here too?” Neria returned fire, standing up as well.
